About the Role:
This pivotal leadership position is tasked with the design, development, implementation, and management of Planet's global Total Rewards strategy, which includes all compensation and benefits programs. As the leader of this function, you will ensure our rewards philosophy is competitive, equitable, compliant, and closely aligned with our business strategy, mission, and values, thereby supporting our global talent acquisition and retention efforts across both our SaaS and Hardware divisions. This role will report directly to the Chief People Officer and will act as a vital collaborator with the Executive team, Finance, Legal, and the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, ensuring the responsible and compliant management of executive and equity compensation within a publicly traded framework.
This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring you to work from our San Francisco or Arlington, Virginia office three days a week.
