As we embark on a rapid growth phase, we are seeking a Head of Growth and Demand Generation to spearhead our enterprise demand and pipeline generation efforts. This role is pivotal to our success, as you will be responsible for establishing a top-tier, predictable, and scalable enterprise demand generation mechanism.
Role Overview
This hands-on leadership position is designed for an operator who excels in fast-paced startup environments and desires direct accountability for results. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be tasked with the design, execution, and ongoing optimization of AllSpice’s comprehensive demand strategy. Your mission is to create a reliable and repeatable enterprise pipeline that fuels our growth ambitions.
This is inherently a player-coach role. The ideal candidate will be equally adept at analyzing funnel performance and formulating strategies while also being willing to dive into executing campaigns, experimenting with channels, and swiftly adapting based on data insights. Your success will be quantified by the quality, velocity, and consistency of the pipeline, with clear ownership of demand generation and accountability for revenue impact rather than mere activity metrics.
Your Responsibilities
- Enterprise Demand Generation: Develop, implement, and refine AllSpice’s comprehensive demand generation strategy to meet pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Predictable Pipeline: Create a structured, reliable sales pipeline that aligns with our growth goals.
