The Mission Ahead
As our Head of Growth, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our systems, talent strategy, and market presence not only keep up with the advancements in AI but lead the way. You will be responsible for creating the infrastructure that transforms our vision into actionable results, including agentic workflows, resource allocation, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and the operational foundation that empowers our team to excel.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Systems Alignment & Agentification (Highest Priority)
Your focus will be on developing systems and automation rather than merely increasing headcount. You will take ownership of:
- Assessing how human resources are utilized and systematically transitioning low-impact tasks to agentic workflows.
- Creating and sustaining AI-driven systems across operations, recruitment, communications, and content creation.
- Designing automation frameworks that encapsulate the CEO's vision and translate it into organized strategies and execution plans.
- Establishing operational rhythms and metrics that foster improved decision-making.
2. Business Operations (BizOps)
Understanding the compounding effects of every operational and strategic decision, you will be responsible for:
- Translating the CEO's product insights into clear objectives, priorities, and actionable artifacts for the team.
- Leading partnership negotiations, preparing for fundraising, and conducting competitive analysis.
- Strategically planning team structure and resource allocation as the company scales.
- Organizing team offsites, operational cadences, and strategic planning sessions.
3. Go-To-Market Systems & Vision Enhancement
Your role will also involve amplifying our compelling market perspective as we move forward.
