We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned product leader to help us address some of our most pressing challenges. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers, designers, and CPG specialists throughout the organization, including Go-To-Market teams, to scale our business and develop features that support brands selling billions in products.
Historically, product management has been distributed across the team, allowing us to operate swiftly while maintaining a strong understanding of our customers and internal stakeholders. However, as our product offerings have expanded to include an accounting automation platform, a trade promotion management tool, a sales forecasting tool, and an analytics platform, the requirement for a dedicated product leader has become evident. We are excited to welcome our first Head of Product to the team.
Compensation for this role will range from $220,000 to $260,000, plus an annual bonus of up to 40%, comprehensive benefits, and meaningful equity (0.35% - 0.5%).
