We simplify and automate the administrative and financial processes related to apprenticeship and internship contracts through our fully online platform (SaaS). Our solution enhances the experience for schools, businesses, and students by streamlining processes, making them more efficient, faster, and collaborative. Filiz is supported by Hexa Scale, an innovative initiative launched by Hexa (formerly eFounders) - the startup studio behind successful companies like Aircall, Spendesk, and Front.

Filiz has already doubled its revenue for two consecutive years, primarily relying on inbound marketing and word-of-mouth. We are also in the process of expanding our product to include all necessary features for operating a higher education institution: class scheduling, attendance tracking, grading, and more.

Your Mission
As the Head of Revenue, your role is pivotal in writing the next chapter of Filiz's success, alongside Maxime, our Founder & CEO. The demand is validated, and the market is pulling us forward. It’s time to scale. Your mission: build the entire Revenue function and partner with Maxime to transform Filiz into a European leader in our sector.

Responsibilities
1. Build and lead the SMB commercial machine
• Support and grow the Sales & Marketing team to target approximately 7,000 schools across France.
• Manage both inbound and outbound strategies for small and medium schools, aiming for a self-service approach.

2. Drive Key Accounts & Enterprise development
• Ensure effective deployment with our major clients across their schools and campuses.
• Expand the key account portfolio through long-term relationships and tenders.
• Develop the Enterprise branch (sales of Filiz software to companies).
