The Short Version

As our Head of Sales, you are a master negotiator who can engage and persuade even the most skeptical buyers. Your track record speaks for itself: you've consistently met and exceeded sales targets and successfully built high-performing teams. You understand the nuances that differentiate a closing deal from a drawn-out negotiation. You are quick to adapt and confident in pricing discussions.

We have a highly desirable product and visionary founders who have relied on their instincts and relationships to drive initial sales. Now, we are seeking a strategic mind to transform this foundation into a scalable sales operation.

As the first dedicated sales hire, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our sales function from the ground up. You will report directly to the co-founders, establishing how we generate leads, qualify prospects, close deals, and build a team of top-notch sales professionals.

What You'll Actually Do

Initially, you will take the reins on sales, closing deals yourself to gain a deep understanding of our buyers and their objections. Your insights will guide future hires and sales strategies.

You will develop a comprehensive sales motion that includes outbound and inbound strategies, partnerships, and market expansions. Much of this knowledge resides with the founders; you will codify it into a systematic approach.

You will lead the hiring of our first Account Executives, setting a high standard for future team members. Collaborating closely with our recruiter, you will ensure that we attract top talent.

You will be responsible for sales forecasting, providing the CEO and CFO with actionable insights and reliable projections.

Acting as the voice of the customer in product discussions, you will advocate for buyer needs and push for necessary adjustments based on market feedback.

You will work closely with co-founders Fryderyk and Peter, who will continue to play a vital role in key deals, collaborating with you on pitches and closing strategies.

You will establish a genuine pipeline with meaningful stages and reliable forecasts.

The co-founders will take a step back from direct sales engagements because you and your team will exceed their capabilities at scale.
