In this leadership role, you will oversee the complete user experience, from research and product exploration to interface design and the establishment of design systems. Your goal is to ensure that every user interaction fosters trader trust, enhances product clarity, and delivers measurable business results. You will serve as a key liaison among Product, Engineering, Growth, and Leadership, nurturing a design culture that prioritizes usability, speed, and impactful execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop a Conversion-Driven Product Experience (First 90 Days)
Ensure the product is user-friendly, reliable, and designed to facilitate decision-making and conversions.
Key outcomes include auditing user journeys, identifying UX challenges, redesigning critical flows, and aligning design efforts with business growth objectives.

Success is measured by users navigating effortlessly, quickly grasping product value, and converting with minimal friction.

2. Create Scalable UI/UX Systems (First 3-4 Months, Ongoing)
Ensure consistency and efficiency across product interfaces.
Key outcomes include developing a unified design system, standardizing UX patterns, improving collaboration with Product and Engineering teams, and maintaining design quality across releases.

Success is indicated by quicker design-to-development cycles and a consistent product experience.

3. Leverage User Insight for Product Decisions (Ongoing)
Ensure design choices are informed by user behavior and measurable outcomes.
Key outcomes include implementing user research and testing, collaborating with Product and Data teams to track UX metrics, translating insights into prioritized design improvements, and supporting experimentation.

Success is reflected in data-backed design decisions, measurable UX enhancements, and better product-market fit.

4. Lead a High-Performing UI/UX Team (Ongoing)
Foster a design culture that balances speed, quality, and business impact.
Key outcomes include hiring and mentoring UI/UX designers, establishing clear ownership and timelines, serving as a strategic partner to Product and Growth, and improving overall design maturity.
