QualificationsNative-level proficiency in English. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Hebrew. In-depth cultural understanding of both Hebrew and English. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment, aligning with production needs and urgency. Ability to adjust to various tasks and assignments, employing the necessary skills and tools (accuracy, creativity, terminology, etc.) for each case. Adept at multitasking to handle multiple projects concurrently. Excellent organizational skills, with a results-oriented and self-motivated approach. Maintain professionalism and composure under pressure and tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, along with a translation certificate. Successful completion of the Internal Linguistic testing as per TransPerfect’s TLC program is mandatory. Previous experience in translation, proofreading, or copywriting related to life sciences is advantageous.

Complete required Associate Linguist training, covering subject matter certification, technical tools, production workflows, and quality assurance procedures.

Follow detailed project instructions and make use of reference materials, translation memory, and glossaries for all assigned work.
Comply with internal and client-specific processes for every project.
