Role overview
This London-based in-house recruiter will drive Corgi Insurance’s hiring efforts. The recruiter energizes the process at every stage, from sourcing and screening to closing candidates, maintaining a steady flow of talent for a growing team. Full engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle is expected, with a focus on keeping the pipeline fresh and collaborating closely with hiring managers to fill roles quickly.
Key responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates for a range of functions
- Screen applicants and coordinate interviews
- Close candidates by communicating the value of the role, company, and growth opportunities
- Regularly update and refresh the recruitment pipeline
- Work proactively with hiring managers to meet hiring goals
Requirements
- Strong sense of urgency and commitment to the impact of each hire
- Direct in-house recruiting experience at a startup; comfort with a fast-moving environment
- Proven active sourcing and outbound recruiting skills; inbound recruiting is a plus
- Track record of closing candidates through negotiation and clear communication
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and move processes forward quickly
