Role overview

This London-based in-house recruiter will drive Corgi Insurance’s hiring efforts. The recruiter energizes the process at every stage, from sourcing and screening to closing candidates, maintaining a steady flow of talent for a growing team. Full engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle is expected, with a focus on keeping the pipeline fresh and collaborating closely with hiring managers to fill roles quickly.

Key responsibilities

  • Source and identify candidates for a range of functions
  • Screen applicants and coordinate interviews
  • Close candidates by communicating the value of the role, company, and growth opportunities
  • Regularly update and refresh the recruitment pipeline
