  • Inspire Through Geometry: At KIPP Public Schools Northern California, our Geometry Teachers play a crucial role in realizing our academic and cultural aspirations. You will create dynamic, engaging lesson plans, utilize data to inform your teaching, and foster a learning environment where every student can excel. Additionally, you will incorporate Social Emotional Learning and Restorative Practices to cultivate a joyful, inclusive, and safe classroom community.

  • Collaborative Growth: You will collaborate closely with your school’s Leadership Team, including an Instructional Coach, to continually enhance your teaching effectiveness. Through regular coaching sessions, feedback, and teamwork, you will receive the necessary support to develop as an educator and leader.

  • Champion Equity and Anti-Racism: We are dedicated to fostering an anti-racist community. Our educators engage in ongoing self-reflection regarding identity, equity, and systemic impact, collectively assessing our practices and culture to ensure our schools provide equitable and dignified service to all students.
