Your Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems with accuracy
Manage employee files to ensure compliance with retention standards
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork
Support recruitment efforts by posting jobs, organizing interviews, and facilitating candidate communication
Track attendance and manage leave documentation
Assist with benefits administration and employee communications
Respond to HR inquiries and ensure timely follow-up
Handle employee relations documentation and escalate complex issues as needed
Provide backup support for front desk operations
