Your Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems with precision
Organize employee files to ensure compliance with document retention standards
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation and exit interviews
Support recruiting initiatives by posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates
Track attendance and leave records, handling related documentation and inquiries
Assist with benefits administration and employee communications
Address HR inquiries from employees, ensuring prompt resolution
Maintain confidentiality regarding all employee and company information
Support employee relations documentation and escalate complex issues as necessary
Provide backup for front desk operations, including phone management and visitor coordination
