RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. At least 8-10 years of experience in HRGA roles, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity. Deep understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and general affairs management. Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with HRIS and office management systems is a plus.
