About the job

The People Technology team at Bumble Inc. is on the lookout for a dedicated HRIS/People Technology Analyst who possesses a blend of robust technical skills, analytical acumen, and a consultative approach. This pivotal role will act as a strategic collaborator with the People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, and various business leaders to optimize, enhance, and expand our People systems ecosystem.

As an integral part of our HR systems strategy, you will spearhead the configuration, integration, reporting, and process enhancement initiatives across Workday and other People platforms, including performance management, onboarding, recruiting, and case management systems. The ideal candidate will flourish in a multi-system environment, adeptly translating business needs into scalable solutions while utilizing data and technology to elevate the employee experience.

This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of People Technology.
