Qualifications
Your Responsibilities:Payroll:Manage payroll processes, ensuring compliance with financial and legal requirements. Prepare payroll documentation (e.g., payment requests, leave conversions, retirement transfers) for audit compliance. Generate payroll and manpower reports for the Regional office. Resolve payroll discrepancies ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures. Compile data for payroll analysis and compliance with regulations. Verify payroll information for accurate fund distribution. Maintain payroll records in both electronic and written formats for compliance and audits. Lead preparation and submission of yearly Alphalist for BIR. General Administration:Oversee a comprehensive administrative filing system, including archival and storage. Manage administration for third-party services ensuring timely compliance with local regulations.
