The Human Resources Associate plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive administrative support to the daily operations of the Human Resources Department. This position operates within a structured framework of established HR processes, procedures, and standard work instructions, aligned with departmental and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete exit process for departing employees, ensuring that all relevant paperwork is prepared and communicated to the payroll team promptly.
Handle queries related to employee absences and leaves independently, administering attendance and leave records, and ensuring timely submission of supporting documentation to the payroll team.
Oversee the relocation and international transfer processes for employees with guidance from senior HR personnel.
Provide assistance with immigration and work permit visa applications.
Facilitate maternity, parental, and paternity leave processes, collaborating with senior HR staff as needed.
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries by being part of the HR mailing distribution list.
Administer employee benefits, including pension plans, life and medical insurance, and meal cards.
Exhibit a moderate to high level of autonomy in addressing queries from employees and managers.
Additional Support Functions:
Assist with onboarding processes as required, including preparing or requesting employment contracts and necessary documentation.
Engage in learning and assisting with Employee Relations cases.
