Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a motivated and dynamic Human Resources Manager who possesses over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, coupled with 1-2 years of preferred experience in HR. This role will primarily focus on sourcing and recruiting top talent in the Human Capital Management sector.
In addition to recruitment, you will lead our internal HR functions, managing a small team responsible for IT and office management tasks. Your main goal will be to oversee the entire employment lifecycle, prioritizing talent acquisition, employee retention, and benefits administration.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful track record in talent acquisition and a commitment to performing essential HR functions. We seek a self-starter who can design and implement internal policies and procedures aimed at enhancing employee engagement, development, and retention.
Preferred candidates will also possess expertise in HR best practices and inspire confidence among employees regarding HR policies. The ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse workforce is essential for this role.
