Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and compliance requirements. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with HR documentation and filing systems. Soft Skills:Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Capability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. High attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Purpose

A distinguished organization in Cairo is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to enhance our core HR operations and manage facility-related functions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in overseeing the employee lifecycle, payroll management, benefits administration, and ensuring adherence to Egyptian labor laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete employee appointment cycle, including onboarding and orientation.
  • Manage annual leave tracking and guarantee compliance with policies.
  • Ensure accurate processing of monthly payroll in accordance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including medical insurance.
  • Prepare and issue official HR documentation (e.g., employment certificates, salary letters).
  • Maintain precise employee records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Director of People & Culture to implement compensation changes (promotions, transfers, salary adjustments).
  • Update payroll sheets with changes in employment status (new hires, renewals, salary updates, deductions).
  • Act as a liaison with medical insurance providers to address employee concerns.
  • Compile monthly HR reports and provide analytical insights as needed.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Egyptian labor regulations.
  • Assist with additional HR and administrative tasks as required.
