Job Purpose
A distinguished organization in Cairo is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to enhance our core HR operations and manage facility-related functions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in overseeing the employee lifecycle, payroll management, benefits administration, and ensuring adherence to Egyptian labor laws.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete employee appointment cycle, including onboarding and orientation.
- Manage annual leave tracking and guarantee compliance with policies.
- Ensure accurate processing of monthly payroll in accordance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including medical insurance.
- Prepare and issue official HR documentation (e.g., employment certificates, salary letters).
- Maintain precise employee records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Director of People & Culture to implement compensation changes (promotions, transfers, salary adjustments).
- Update payroll sheets with changes in employment status (new hires, renewals, salary updates, deductions).
- Act as a liaison with medical insurance providers to address employee concerns.
- Compile monthly HR reports and provide analytical insights as needed.
- Ensure strict compliance with Egyptian labor regulations.
- Assist with additional HR and administrative tasks as required.
