Your Internship Experience:

Position Purpose:
This role reports directly to the HR Executive or Assistant HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Evaluate intern resumes, prioritizing based on qualifications and requirements.
- Assess resumes for Beauty Advisor roles, identifying the best candidates for open positions.
- Conduct phone interviews for intern candidates to evaluate their fit for the role.
- Utilize the Workable platform for efficient candidate screening and management.
- Post job advertisements in relevant Facebook groups to attract qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and arrangements.
