About the Role:
Join our dynamic Enterprise Intelligence team as an Implementation Consultant. This pivotal role involves managing a high volume of client implementations in collaboration with client technical teams while working closely with internal stakeholders (Account Management / Account Executives) to ensure successful outcomes. As a post-sales consultant, you will bridge the gap between pre-sales technical implementation and post-implementation account management. Your expertise will be critical in shaping the future of enterprise account support and management, especially with our newly launched Enterprise Intelligence product offering.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring the successful implementation and rollout of our Enterprise Intelligence product for both new and existing/up-sell customers. You will manage the post-sale implementation process, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and facilitate a smooth transition for our clients to maximize product adoption. Collaborating closely with both the Technical Implementation and Account Management teams is essential to your success.
