To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:- A Bachelor's degree and 3-6 years of experience managing direct reports- Over 5 years of experience in a complex software environment- At least 5 years of experience in a Professional Services or Consulting setting- Familiarity with database applications- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills- Strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities to manage various projects simultaneously- Proven ability to lead and influence across functions, including leadership, peers, and subordinates- Candidates must have the legal right to work in Canada and be willing to travel to the United States.

As an Implementation Manager at EntireHire, you will lead our Consulting team to ensure the seamless execution of client projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting performance reviews and managing team dynamics
- Overseeing white space management and optimizing resource billable utilization
- Providing training and continuous education for team members
- Managing multiple project implementations with a proactive approach to ensure timely and successful completion
- Striving for high customer reference ability and guaranteeing the quality and consistency of service delivery
- Addressing escalated client issues and fostering a culture of continual improvement
- Contributing to enhancements in our implementation methodologies
- Developing and documenting processes and tools to optimize service delivery
- Supporting pre-sales initiatives.
