As an Implementation Manager at EntireHire, you will lead our Consulting team to ensure the seamless execution of client projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting performance reviews and managing team dynamics
- Overseeing white space management and optimizing resource billable utilization
- Providing training and continuous education for team members
- Managing multiple project implementations with a proactive approach to ensure timely and successful completion
- Striving for high customer reference ability and guaranteeing the quality and consistency of service delivery
- Addressing escalated client issues and fostering a culture of continual improvement
- Contributing to enhancements in our implementation methodologies
- Developing and documenting processes and tools to optimize service delivery
- Supporting pre-sales initiatives.
