About the Role

As an Implementation Manager, you'll take the lead in executing essential software application deployments and maintaining seamless daily interactions between the Vector team and our clients. The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, possess exceptional organizational abilities, and excel at resolving challenges. You will actively seek and leverage customer feedback to continually refine the project, enhance team dynamics, and improve the overall customer experience. Understanding our clients' needs and their businesses will be paramount, as well as mastering how they achieve successful outcomes with Vector.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver exceptional operational engagement and manage key facility accounts on a daily basis.

  • Provide comprehensive end-user support, training, and change management during software application deployments.

  • Represent Vector on-site during go-lives and provide ongoing support as part of a holistic Customer Success strategy.

  • Regularly offer updates and status reports, both internally and to customers, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.

  • Deliver real-time field updates to teams, identifying, escalating, and prioritizing issues as they occur.

  • Become Vector's internal expert on the operational needs of our diverse clientele.
