As an Implementation Project Manager II, you will play a pivotal role in defining, managing, and communicating project objectives while creating effective project plans, risk management strategies, and conflict resolution approaches. You will be essential in monitoring and mitigating schedule conflicts, resource constraints, and risks associated with project management within the onboarding team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project timelines and milestones using our proprietary project management software, making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project expectations and progress clearly and promptly to clients, team members, and executives, utilizing strong influencing skills to drive project completion.
- Build and sustain a high-performing project team to achieve project objectives (delivering on time, within budget, and with superior quality).
- Delegate tasks effectively to appropriate team members.
- Evaluate and manage risks associated with schedule changes, implementing tracking and action plans to mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely management and completion of dependent tasks.
- Identify and resolve issues within the project team.
- Manage project dependencies and vital paths.
- Plan and organize the project team’s capacity quantitatively.
- Optimize group capacities, establish priorities, and ensure timely task execution to address bottlenecks.
- Exhibit initiative and drive in a dynamic environment.
- Define success criteria for projects and communicate them throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead initiatives for continuous process improvements.
