BusPlanner is looking for an Implementation Team Lead to guide both client projects and a team of Implementation Consultants. This remote role, open to candidates across Canada, blends hands-on project management with team leadership. The Team Lead manages their own client implementations while supporting and developing the skills of their team. The position offers the chance to shape client onboarding and help build scalable practices as BusPlanner grows.

What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding projects, building and managing detailed project timelines to keep implementations on track.
- Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams (Technical Solutions, GIS, Development) to coordinate deliverables and milestones.
- Mentor Implementation Consultants through regular check-ins, project reviews, and by providing direct support on client concerns.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex client issues, helping team members handle challenging conversations and resolve project obstacles.
- Monitor project health across the team, identifying risks, resource conflicts, and capacity issues before they become problems.

- Clients feel informed and supported throughout the implementation process, with clear communication and no surprises.
- Data migrations finish on time and accurately, with minimal need for revisions.
- Implementation Consultants develop their skills, handle more complex projects, and become increasingly independent.
- Other teams appreciate working with Implementation due to organized projects and open, transparent updates.
- The Implementation Manager has a clear view of project status and team performance without chasing down information.
