We are seeking a dynamic Inbound Sales & Customer Service Representative to manage high-volume inbound calls and assist customers with their plumbing needs. Your primary goal will be to transform these conversations into scheduled service appointments and memberships.
This role is not just about answering calls; it's a sales-oriented customer service position. You'll guide discussions, resolve issues, and effectively encourage customers to take action.

Your Key Responsibilities
Inbound Calls & Sales Conversations
- Manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and confidence
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate services
- Drive conversations towards scheduled appointments following established scripts
- Quickly gain trust and maintain a calm, solution-oriented demeanor
Scheduling, Sales & Upselling
- Efficiently book service appointments
- Introduce and clarify membership plans (Pipeline Club)
- Spot upsell opportunities while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Integrate service and sales in every customer interaction
CRM & Systems Management
- Accurately log calls, bookings, and notes in CRM systems
- Adhere to structured scripts, workflows, and SOPs
- Keep customer records clean and complete
Customer Experience & Retention
- Confidently handle objections and concerns
- Professionally de-escalate frustrated customers
- Provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with dispatch and operations teams
- Coordinate with offshore team members to ensure smooth service delivery
- Provide feedback to enhance scripts, tools, and workflows
Success Metrics
- Achieving high call-to-booking conversion rates
- Consistent accuracy in appointment scheduling
