PERGOLUX is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to join the DACH Team in Berlin. This role focuses on engaging potential customers interested in our premium pergolas, guiding them from initial inquiry through to purchase. The position centers on converting inbound leads into sales, supporting our growth in the DACH region.
What You Will Do
- Qualify inbound leads and turn them into satisfied customers using chat, phone, and email.
- Offer tailored product advice and clearly explain the features and advantages of our pergolas and accessories.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact through to order completion.
- Spot and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to introduce customers to additional products or services.
- Keep CRM records up to date in HubSpot and help review and improve sales performance data.
What We Look For
- Some experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally with premium consumer goods.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a focus on customer needs.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is an advantage.
- Organized, detail-focused, and proactive, able to work well both independently and within a team.
- Fluent German and at least A2 level English, plus a good grasp of modern sales methods.
