Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding technical issues related to printers, routers, emails, and more.
  • Diagnose issues accurately and recommend appropriate plans and software to customers.
  • Close calls effectively and process payments as required.
  • Pitch service plans confidently to enhance customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in an outbound technical support process.
  • Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.
