Job Responsibilities:

- Diagnose issues accurately and recommend appropriate service plans and software solutions.
- Effectively close calls and process payments from customers.

Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an outbound technical support process.
- Strong ability to pitch service plans confidently to customers.
- Excellent fluency in English is mandatory.
- Must be comfortable working night shifts.
