Qualifications:Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program or relevant technical training. A valid electrician license or certification as required by local regulations. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical work. Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical documentation. Solid understanding of NEC and OSHA regulations. Experience with PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics. Background in heavy industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas sectors. Familiarity with 480V systems and above. Possession of equipment operation or safety-related certifications. Strong commitment to safety in industrial environments. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights as necessary. Availability to work overtime, weekends, or on-call as required.

Join EnerMech as an Industrial Electrician, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our industrial electrical systems. Take charge of installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing critical electrical equipment and systems to promote safety and efficiency in our dynamic industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of industrial electrical systems, including motors, Motor Control Centers (MCCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and control panels.
  • Utilize schematics, drawings, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve electrical issues effectively.
  • Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance to enhance operational reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Install and maintain conduit, cable trays, wiring, and electrical components accurately.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation with precision.
  • Test electrical systems to confirm proper operation and compliance with safety standards.
  • Adhere to NEC, OSHA, and company safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Follow strict lockout/tagout procedures and safety standards during all operations.
  • Work collaboratively with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to meet production needs efficiently.
  • Document all work performed, inspections, and maintenance activities accurately.
  • Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and new installations as needed.
