We take immense pride in delivering exceptional care, dedicated to fostering the unique growth and development of each child. As we continue to flourish, we are on the lookout for passionate and proactive individuals who share our vision of instilling a love for learning in a nurturing and joyful environment. Recognized in 2025 as one of the Best Places to Work in the Bay Area, we have openings for candidates who embody the same spirit of tenacity, determination, and enthusiasm for fun. If this resonates with you, we invite you to join our team!

Our structured onboarding process begins with a hands-on training period at one of our Infant Centers and/or Preschools. During this time, the Director will collaborate closely with an experienced Mentor Director to establish a solid foundation in Action Day operations before transitioning into a permanent role at one of our school locations. This immersive training is designed to provide practical exposure to the daily leadership of a high-quality program, preparing you to confidently manage your own campus.

As the Infant & Preschool Director, you will oversee all facets of school operations, with a strong emphasis on student enrollment, family engagement, and team leadership. Your role includes creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for children and families, while cultivating a high-performing team of educators. From conducting tours for prospective families to coaching and supporting your staff, you will be instrumental in delivering the consistent, high-quality experience that defines our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support educators and staff through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and supervision to build a strong, child-focused team.
  • Manage enrollment, parent/family communication, tours, and admissions to ensure new and returning families feel welcome and supported.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing standards, program policies, curricula, and safety protocols; maintain records, schedules, and program administration.

Your leadership will have a direct impact on the well-being, growth, and development of our children and the overall success of our programs.
