The Role
The Information Manager plays a critical role in planning, coordinating, and delivering comprehensive, accurate, and compliant construction handover documentation for building projects, including Safety Files and O&M Manuals. This position requires strong project management, meticulous task management, and exceptional communication and presentation skills to ensure clients receive high-quality digital handover information that enhances operational efficiency.
Key Objectives of the Role
- Oversee the complete delivery process of construction documentation handover (Safety Files and O&M Manuals) for various projects.
- Ensure all essential documentation is requested, received, verified, and compiled according to client, statutory, and contractual standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project teams regarding all matters related to handover documentation.
- Represent Zutec in a professional manner during meetings and presentations with clients and project stakeholders.
