Job OverviewTranslation Empire PK is on the lookout for a dynamic, friendly, and organized Female Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Ideal candidates should reside in or around Bahria Phase 7, Phase 8 Rawalpindi, or neighboring areas.In this position, you will be pivotal in greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring our front office operates smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:· Greet and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism.· Manage and route incoming phone calls.· Keep the reception area neat and presentable.· Receive, categorize, and distribute daily mail and packages.· Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting spaces.· Monitor office supplies and notify management when stocks are low.· Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and copying.· Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth office operations.· Ensure security protocols are followed and visitor access is monitored.Requirements:Qualifications and Experience:· High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in administration is advantageous.· Minimum of 1 year experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a similar capacity.· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).· Professional appearance and demeanor.· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.· Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.· Friendly disposition and a collaborative team spirit.Work Mode:In-office position.Location:DHA 1 Sector F Rawalpindi.Salary:Competitive within the market.
