About the job
About Us:
DeepJudge stands at the forefront of AI and ICT innovation in Switzerland, revolutionizing the way law firms and legal departments harness their knowledge. Our founders, former Google search engineers with PhDs from ETH Zurich, are supported by prominent Silicon Valley investors. We are crafting the intelligence layer that empowers the legal industry.
While every firm can utilize our AI models, the unique institutional knowledge of each firm remains distinct. Years of expertise, work products, and precedents often remain trapped within disparate systems. DeepJudge liberates this knowledge through state-of-the-art enterprise search and AI frameworks, allowing firms to automate processes, develop knowledge-driven applications, and convert experience into a competitive edge.
Our technology is trusted by leading law firms worldwide, including Freshfields, Gunderson Dettmer, Holland & Knight, Arent Fox, and Cozen O’Connor. Based in Switzerland and expanding rapidly across North America, we are shaping the future of professional knowledge discovery and application.
At DeepJudge, we prioritize speed, rigorous thinking, and a commitment to impactful solutions. By integrating advanced research with close client collaboration, we deliver transformative results. If you're eager to be part of a team that is redefining AI's role in high-stakes knowledge work, this is your opportunity.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and continuously improve our ISMS in alignment with ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, GDPR, and emerging AI governance standards, ensuring all policies, procedures, and controls are accurately documented, implemented, and maintained.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of security audits, certifications, and internal controls, ensuring compliance and enhancing our security framework.
