People X launches several Information Security Traineeships each year, where you will be trained by seasoned professionals to become an Information Security Officer (ISO), Privacy Officer, Cyber Security Specialist, or Cybersecurity Consultant. During the first three months, you will receive full-time training (theory, exams, and practical experience) from experts in the Security Management field. After this training period, we will guide you towards a suitable employer in your local area. We will ensure you are well-prepared for interviews with exciting companies during your traineeship. Ultimately, you will have the choice of where to start your career. Potential employers include SMEs, municipal, healthcare and educational organizations, or top 500 companies such as Rabobank, TNO, VDL, Alliander, ONVZ, ASR, NOC*NSF, Van Lanschot, Achmea, and Gazelle. After working with People X for over a year, you will transition into a permanent position with the employer, leading to a salary increase.
Technological developments are advancing rapidly. Concurrently, cybersecurity risks are increasing, and the dependence on information and infrastructure is also growing. This presents a more complex challenge for organizations. As an Information Security Officer (ISO), you will play a crucial role in continuously improving the security of information, hardware, and identities. Your responsibilities will include organizing information security and developing and implementing the Security Architecture, which aligns with the Enterprise Architecture to add direct value and enhance resilience against cybersecurity threats across all departments and the organization as a whole. You will perform your duties under the guidance of a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), with whom you will work closely.
