As an Inside Account Executive at MongoDB, you will be pivotal in designing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored specifically for our most valued strategic accounts. Your mission will be to identify new workload opportunities and broaden our influence across these key clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively discover, qualify, and close sales opportunities within MongoDB’s strategic accounts.
- Enhance product adoption in your assigned Lines of Business by developing strategic relationships with executives and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their core initiatives and long-term objectives.
- Collaborate across various departments, including Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Product teams, to boost customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Achieve and surpass quarterly sales targets for New Workloads, Net Annual Recurring Revenue, and Professional Services.
- Dedicate time to personal development, honing the skills necessary for success in your core responsibilities and preparing for future career advancements.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in a closing role or experience in strategic account-based selling.
- Proven track record in selling complex SaaS and/or cloud-based products and services.
- Demonstrated success in generating personal sales pipelines and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A highly motivated, energetic, and tenacious team player with a strong desire to achieve success.
- Ability to effectively communicate the business value of intricate enterprise technologies through both verbal and written communication.
- A passion for advancing your career in the rapidly evolving software market, particularly in the database sector, through continuous development of sales and technical skills.
