As an Inside Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind partnerships wishing to collaborate with us. This is not a mere administrative position; instead, it's a proactive commercial role that directly contributes to revenue growth and the strategic market positioning of Social Deal. In addition to closing deals, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute ideas for smarter workflows, efficient operations, and the development of our vision towards 2026, aligning with both Social Deal's goals and your own insights.
What will you be doing as an Inside Account Manager at Social Deal?
You will oversee the entire commercial process: from initial engagement to closing the deal. Operating from our office, you will engage with a diverse array of partners (including beauty, wellness, specialty shops, sports, and workshops).
Proactively reach out to interested parties, assess their potential, and independently finalize deals.
Ensure an attractive and varied offering across all regions. Analyze categories or deals that are missing, identify opportunities, and act proactively, even in areas without a local Account Manager. You will provide insights into diversity within our offerings and ensure that missing deals are no longer overlooked.
Act as the primary professional point of contact for new partners, ensuring clear communication and accurate follow-up.
Monitor your metrics (conversions, revenue, registrations) and proactively suggest concrete improvement actions. Identify partners with higher revenue potential and ensure timely, professional handover to local account managers.
Contribute ideas for smarter processes and automation to recognize opportunities faster, such as data analysis aided by AI.
