Required Skills and Experience:Proven ability to methodically manage a sales territory. A minimum of 2 years of quota-carrying B2B account management or sales experience (preferably in Telecom, Internet, Technology, SaaS, or VoIP). Prior experience in Inside Sales Account Management is preferred. Sales methodology training is desired. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Positive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills. A bachelor's degree is recommended.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships within our SMB market segment (1-1000 employees) to ensure customer satisfaction and foster referrals.
  • Meet upsell targets by educating customers on the benefits of our comprehensive suite of applications and services.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to forecast sales activities and anticipated revenue.
  • Conduct product demonstrations via the web.
  • Implement best sales practices as directed by management.
  • Make an average of 60 phone calls per day.
