Skillsoft Global Knowledge is seeking a driven Account Manager for our SMB Team. If you are a customer-focused SMB Account Manager eager to accelerate our growth, we would love to hear from you.
Are you a commercial professional who thrives on creating new opportunities while also building sustainable customer relationships? Can you seamlessly switch between proactive outreach and consultative selling? If so, the role of SMB Account Manager may be the perfect fit for you.
In this position, you will be responsible for growing an existing customer portfolio within the SMB business segment. You will combine a hunter mentality with a consultative approach, proactively reaching out while always focusing on delivering genuine customer value and fostering long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage and expand existing SMB customers
- Identify and create new commercial opportunities within your accounts
- Maintain frequent contact with customers via phone, email, and (virtual) meetings
- Advise IT and business stakeholders based on their learning and development needs
- Drive revenue growth through repeat orders, upselling, and cross-selling
- Work with clear KPIs on activity, pipeline, and forecasts
- Position our training and development solutions as strategic investments
- Collaborate with marketing and colleagues within the SMB sales team
