Proven experience in sales or estimating roles, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Inside Sales / Estimator (m/w/d)!

Your Responsibilities

  • Calculate offers for electrical and software-based projects, ensuring all costs and requirements align.

  • Review tenders and customer inquiries for technical feasibility, assessing risks and project viability. Determine material, personnel, and external costs, and compare planned vs. actual figures.

  • Collaborate closely with purchasing, logistics, and suppliers to obtain pricing, clarify timelines, and ensure timely information availability.

  • Support the sales management by identifying market trends, monitoring competitors, and spotting new opportunities.

  • Provide essential information for reporting to ensure the Area Sales Manager has clear and up-to-date KPIs and analyses.

  • Actively contribute to business development by sharing knowledge and working closely with the sales team.

  • Maintain all relevant data in the CRM to keep leads, offers, and project information current and transparent.
