Major Responsibilities:Initiate complaints and ensure the accurate and timely collection and documentation of all necessary information in the complaints file. Oversee and manage the global complaint intake reporting inboxes. Professionally communicate with customers, internal stakeholders, and field representatives to gather comprehensive complaint information. Escalate adverse events according to established processes and procedures, when applicable. Support service and repair events by evaluating intake information and reviewing repair activities to determine the validity of complaints. Prioritize complaints based on risk to patients, products, and compliance requirements.

Role Overview

The Intake Specialist manages the intake process for medical device complaints, serving as a key point of contact among internal teams, field staff, and customers. This role ensures clear and timely communication regarding all device-related complaints. The Intake Specialist reports to the Complaints and Vigilance Manager for North America.

This position is based onsite in Madison, New Jersey to meet regulatory requirements for complaint reporting.
