Serve as a primary contact for clients during onboarding and integration, guaranteeing a smooth transition into media execution processes, tracking solutions, and reporting frameworks.
Act as a technical expert for clients, adept at simplifying complex technical concepts. Assist clients in troubleshooting, clarifying campaign insights, optimization opportunities, and the agency’s capabilities concerning platforms, analytics, and reporting solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate campaign setup, streamlined platform integrations, effective tracking and measurement implementation, and reliable reporting on performance and profitability.
Proactively identify potential risks and challenges, implementing effective solutions to mitigate them.
Function as an internal subject-matter expert on integration processes, aiding in process optimization, scalability initiatives, and fostering internal knowledge-sharing.
