Are you eager to enhance your technical skills while achieving tangible marketing objectives? The Campaign Factory is seeking an intern to join our dynamic team!
The team oversees all campaigns (email, in-app, and SMS) and is dedicated to fulfilling two core missions:
- Support the Marketing department in reaching its goals.
- Scale marketing initiatives by streamlining our processes through automation and optimization of our tools and actions.
Your Responsibilities
As a Campaign Management Intern, you will assist the Marketing and Product teams in implementing their communication strategies (upselling, product launches, etc.).
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with product and marketing teams to gather their needs and provide recommendations (target audience, messaging, format, etc.);
- Setting up campaigns in our software using Walk-me (in-app) and/or Braze (email/SMS);
- Creating and maintaining various customer journeys;
- Working daily with Product, Design, Tech, and Data teams to advance the projects you are involved in;
- Making data accessible to teams we collaborate with by building and maintaining dashboards;
- Contributing to the optimization of existing processes or proposing new ones to enhance team efficiency.
