Role overview

The International Renewals Analyst is responsible for managing contract renewals for customers across EMEA, based in London. This position works closely with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives, aiming to refine the renewals process and improve operational efficiency. Armis values professional growth and encourages meaningful contributions to the renewal program.

This role supports clients in Israel, Italy, Germany, and Norway. Additional language skills are considered a strong advantage.

What you will do

  • Manage assigned contract renewals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and senior management to accelerate renewals, reduce risks, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the full contract process, including managing renewal CTAs, creating quotes, updating Salesforce opportunity records, distributing order forms, forecasting renewal outcomes, and tracking signatures.
  • Work with the CSM team to identify at-risk accounts and develop strategies to secure renewals.
  • Partner with CS Ops and Sales Ops to resolve process challenges and recommend improvements for greater efficiency.
  • Build strong client relationships through phone and email communication.
