About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Control Coordinator to ensure precision, organization, and efficiency within our warehouse operations as we expand. This role is pivotal in maintaining inventory integrity and optimizing warehouse systems, aimed at minimizing errors and enhancing workflows. You will be instrumental in supporting our operational growth and have opportunities to advance into leadership roles.

What You’ll Do
Inbound Receiving & Put-Away
- Receive and validate incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Label, log, and prepare inbound inventory for accurate placement.
- Assign and maintain precise bin locations for all SKUs.
- Identify discrepancies and collaborate with purchasing and suppliers to resolve issues.
Inventory Accuracy & Control
- Ensure real-time inventory accuracy in the main warehouse and coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in full physical inventory audits.
- Investigate discrepancies, reconcile variances, and implement corrective measures.
- Record all inventory movements (adjustments, transfers, returns) accurately.
Warehouse Organization & Optimization
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient layout of the warehouse (bins, shelves, aisles, staging areas).
- Assess and optimize space utilization, bin allocation, and product flow.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to racking, labeling, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in designing scalable systems to accommodate growth in order volume and SKU complexity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with fulfillment teams to ensure accurate pick locations and efficient order processing.
- Support manufacturing and refurbishment processes by staging components and tracking work-in-progress inventory.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure effective communication and operational success.
