Key Role Details (Please Review Before Applying)

  • Schedule: 5 days a week, from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • This position is fully on-site and hands-on.
  • Involves physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs), van management, and after-hours operational support.
  • Requires independent decision-making and accountability.

About the Role

We are looking for an Inventory Operations Specialist who will take ownership of operational readiness for the afternoon and evening shifts in our Boston market.

This role involves a mix of inventory management, fleet oversight, storage optimization, and urgent operational response. You will be the key point of responsibility during your shift, ensuring that our vans, keys, storage facilities, and supplies are meticulously organized and prepared to meet the needs of our apartments and guests.

This is not a conventional warehouse position; it demands a high degree of autonomy, organization, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Inventory & Storage Operations

  • Pick and prepare daily operational orders.
  • Unbox, stock, and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and update Kanban systems accordingly.
  • Manage the flow of inbound and outbound inventory.
  • Assemble operational kits as required.

Fleet Operations & Readiness

  • Oversee the assigned parking spots for company vans.
  • Conduct daily inspections, restocking, and cleaning of vans.
  • Perform turnover inspections, including photos and compliance submissions.
  • Complete weekly audits and spot-check inventory.
  • Document and report any damage, ensuring accurate fleet status.

Key & Access Management

  • Maintain key cabinets and track key movements.
  • Coordinate duplicate key requests.
  • Ship keys for courier requests.
  • Provide lockout assistance as necessary.

Operational Support

  • Assist with laundry processing as needed.
  • Respond to urgent operational requests after hours.
