Compensation
This is a commission-only position, classified as a 1099 independent contractor. For the first 12 months, a recoverable draw of $4,166 per month is provided, totaling $50,000 annually. This draw serves as an advance against commissions earned from closed transactions.
Actual earnings depend on individual results, transaction volume, and market conditions. The expected annual commission range is $0 to $500,000+, in accordance with state and local pay-transparency requirements.
