Role Overview:
As the IoT Pre-Sales Manager, you will spearhead regional IoT/M2M solution initiatives and collaborate closely with the enterprise sales team in the South Region. Your expertise in pre-sales consultancy, solution architecture, and proposal development will be key in driving customer engagement and satisfaction. This role demands a profound understanding of IoT/M2M technologies, along with robust customer interaction skills and coordination with internal product, commercial, and platform teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Solution Design
- Serve as the technical lead during customer engagements for IoT/M2M solutions in the South Region.
- Assess customer business requirements and devise customized technical solutions.
- Engage in collaborative sales calls, discovery sessions, and client workshops alongside the enterprise sales team.
- Design comprehensive M2M/IoT solutions, encompassing connectivity, hardware, platform integration, and associated services.
Proposal & Documentation
- Create and present compelling technical proposals, solution blueprints, and presentations.
- Contribute technical insights and solution architecture for RFP/RFQ responses.
- Coordinate with product and commercial teams to develop BoQs, solution descriptions, and pricing information.
Channel Enablement & Training
- Facilitate regular training sessions for Jazz Enterprise sales channels and regional partners to enhance understanding of IoT/M2M products.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the South region, fostering capacity development among internal teams and channel partners through training sessions, solution demonstrations, and sales toolkit distributions.
- Provide constructive feedback to central teams regarding channel challenges, market gaps, and areas for improvement in presales engagement.
Internal Collaboration
- Collaborate extensively with product, pricing, platform, bids management, and delivery teams to validate solutions.
- Stay updated on Jazz’s IoT/M2M offerings including M2M connectivity, POS, fleet management, asset tracking, smart metering, and NB-IoT.
Customer Enablement
- Assist clients in implementing Proof of Concept (PoC) and solution testing.
- Provide technical handover to delivery teams post-sale.
- Educate customers on solution usage, platform access, and performance metrics.
Market & Partner Engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with local hardware and IoT partners/vendors.
- Remain informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Identify integration opportunities with ecosystem partners for bundled solutions.
