Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the reliability of our business applications, proactively identify issues, and transform user feedback into valuable enhancements. You will play a crucial role in empowering teams to maximize their tools, simplifying complex challenges, and ensuring uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support users with various business applications (ERP, HR, and more) by troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and guiding users through system processes and functionalities.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand requirements and convert them into effective data solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners during issue resolution, ensuring timely and structured communication throughout.
- Manage user access and permissions within business applications.
- Configure and optimize business applications according to evolving business needs and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports (SQL, SOQL, Power BI) utilizing data from business applications.
- Engage in implementation projects, define requirements, and adopt a data-driven approach while introducing new features.
- Test system changes and new functionalities to ensure data accuracy and consistency across environments.
- Enhance data integrations to guarantee a reliable data flow between systems.
- Maintain clear, structured, and up-to-date documentation and data logic.
