Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and growth-oriented IT Engineer to become a vital part of our expanding Enterprise Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our enterprise SaaS ecosystem while ensuring secure, scalable, and well-governed systems across the organization. This position uniquely combines hands-on systems administration, workflow configuration, lightweight tool development, and collaborative partnership to meet the evolving demands of our business.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, adaptable, and keen to learn new technologies as our enterprise landscape evolves. We seek someone who can quickly grasp new systems, build context rapidly, and implement structured, scalable solutions, even in unfamiliar domains.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage enterprise SaaS applications such as DocuSign, Confluence, Ashby (Lever), Ramp, and similar platforms.

  • Oversee user lifecycle operations and role-based access controls across enterprise systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workday.

  • Configure workflows, permissions, automations, and integrations to align with evolving business needs.

  • Manage and triage requests in the ServiceNow queue, fulfilling requests and appropriately routing development tickets.

  • Develop and deploy lightweight internal tools and workflow solutions, utilizing coding agents such as Claude and Codex as appropriate.

  • Collaborate across functions to translate operational requirements into scalable system solutions.

  • Maintain the structure and governance standards of SharePoint and Confluence, ensuring a robust information architecture across Enterprise Technology.

  • Ensure security, data integrity, documentation standards, change management discipline, and compliance readiness across all platforms.

  • Continuously assess and learn new enterprise platforms, tools, and technologies as our business needs evolve.
